Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your scissors in their original LDH branded box and protective sleeve to prevent any damage to the blades during transit.

  Ship to LDH

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the tools to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
